Returns & Cancellations
We are very strict with our returns policy. Please make sure you read the rules before shopping with us. These rules are to prevent fraudulent behaviour and activity
PARAGN are not responsible for any minor glue stains or stitching errors on the shoe. These are very common. We do not see this as a valid reason for discounts or compensation.
We are a resell store. We do not produce the items we sell. This means we are not liable if the quality of the shoe decreases over time.
If a return is agreed:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, we advise shipping with a tracked and signed for service for protection and insurance purposes as we are not responsible for any shoes which go missing or get damaged upon return.
- We recommend using Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. Please do not use Hermes for your return
- All sneakers must be returned in their original condition (This means if the shoes are worn at all we cannot and will not refund the purchase.)
- The lace bag or tag must not be removed
- There must be zero creasing on the toe box
- The item must be sent back to us with an outer box for protection
- You have 7 working days to ship your item back to us
- We will deny any refund or return if any of these rules are broken
If our tracking information reads as delivered or signed for, we have the right to deny form of compensation if there is a claim made
PLEASE READ IF USING KLARNA OR CLEARPAY
Any order that you make using either Klarna or Clearpay that you wish to return or cancel will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
