Refund policy

We are a small, family-run business, and returns can significantly impact us. Please double-check your size before placing an order, as switching sizes results in financial losses for our business.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping service (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS) for protection and insurance purposes. We do not accept returns via Hermes.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

  • You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Sneakers must be in their original, unworn condition.

  • Lace bags or tags must not be removed.

  • The toe box must have no creasing.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with an outer box for protection.

  • You have 5 working days from approval to ship your return.

⚠️ Failure to meet these conditions will result in a denied return or refund.

If tracking information shows that an item has been delivered or signed for, we reserve the right to deny any compensation claims.
